Trust, act, and be a good servant
Today’s reading offers us the perfect underscore of the Assumption of Mary. The faithful servant who said yes, even though she had no understanding of the challenges that lay ahead. That is the power of today’s reflection; what is your yes? What is holding you back, and what do you need to do to let go? Trust in God and have faith. A good servant is told to go, and goes. Do not wait to understand the detail of the request. Trust, act, and be a good servant. Say yes and believe.
