Called to live in love and harmony

The Trinity reveals God as a model of mercy, love, unity and saving grace. Relational humility, as shown in the Trinity, calls us to live in love and harmony with others. Adults can embody this by fostering peace at home or work, listening openly to others’ perspectives, prioritising mercy over judgment in conflicts, and choosing service rather than insisting on control. It can be challenging to remain humble in positions of responsibility, but practising relational humility strengthens communities and deepens personal faith. By modelling the Trinity’s self-giving love, we grow in the virtue of humility and bring God’s presence into our relationships. We pray: Loving God, help me reflect your humble, self-giving love in every relationship and moment today.
