Trinity Sunday
Exodus 34:4-6, 8-9. Glory and praise for ever! – Daniel 3:52-56. 2 Corinthians 13:11-13. John 3:16-18.
God so loved the world that he sent his only Son
Father, you give us life as a gift,
give us our world as a present.
How could you have borne to see us die,
when you had made us for your delight.
Jesus, you are the gift of God to us;
you shared our life, and gave us hope;
you shared our death and alienation,
and rose to share with us salvation.
Spirit, you are the gift Christ gives to us,
to change us from slaves and make us friends
of Jesus. Help us to follow his way,
To live, to give, to heal and pray.
