Plan well, and continue to develop
When I was a young Boy Scout, I remember a key phrase that was often repeated: Be Prepared. Today’s reading is your spiritual reminder to plan well and continue to develop. We do not know the hour, and the current moment is all we have. How prepared are you right now? If your life ended, or if Jesus were to return today, have you done all you can? Are you ready? This is not a morbid question. Reflecting honestly will allow you the perspective to observe points that can be improved in your life. Your relationship with yourself, others, and God are the most valuable things you have. Focus on developing these things; then you will be ready. Aim of the day: Be Prepared!
